Weekly Boxing Training - ages 5-11 (Tues & Thurs)

A 5-week youth boxing program, held twice a week, at a total cost of $200.

Objective:

- Ensure participants leave the program significantly improved in both physical and mental aspects, with noticeable, exponential progress by the end of the 5 weeks.

Core Focus:

-Mastering the fundamentals of body control, balance, and movement.

-Learning the foundational techniques of boxing, including proper stance, footwork, and basic punches.
